The last programmatic step on the Youth At Union journey is Union Works.
Union Works (UW) is an employment and educational achievement program for in-school-youth. We service over 85 youth, ages 14 to 18, by offering a comprehensive array of education, employment and supportive social services.

College Readiness
Recreation
Union Works, housed in Washington Community Center, promotes participants to become informed, independent decision makers as they embark on a very important time of their lives, adulthood. Combining access to resources and promotion of positive development participant's work themselves in the program. Union Works stresses community activism and academic preparedness.
